Preparation
Use it anywhere you'd use basic hamburger, but the flavorful Wagyu fat tends to give it another level of flavor and richness your less likely to find in typical burger grinds. Be it a smash burger, meat loaf, lasagna, or anything else, RANGE Wagyu hamburger raises the bar, a lot!
Because of the Wagyu, this ground beef can be cooked at a slightly lower temperature as Wagyu fat tends to have a lower melting point than traditional burger. Unlike steaks, the USDA recommends all ground meat to be cooked to a minimum internal temp of 160º for safety, just keep an eye on it.
