Description

These bone-on, cross-cut short ribs have an incredible flavor and are one of the top favorites among the folks at RANGE. Because they are from just below the rib area, they have a great fat content. The Short Plate is also the home of the Skirt Steak. Regardless, these are wonderfully fun to cook, and eat.

Marinate them and grill them. Oven roasting works great, too.
